admin Airtel launched Freedom Plan for customers to choose the variety of plans according to their needs.
Kindly note that Airtel Freedom Plan is available only for pre-paid GSM customers.
Details of Airtel Freedom Plan :
Airtel OnNet Calls [Terminating on Airtel Network] – 1 Paise / Second – Local or STD.
All other Calls – 1.2 Paise / Second – Local or STD.
However, if you observe closely, that is if a customer talks for 1 minute, he ends up paying 72 paise / call compared to 50 paise by Reliance and 60 paise by other operators.
To activate this plan you have to get a Recharge Coupon of Rs 64 and the plan will be applied to your account with 12 months validity and ZERO Talktime. You have to recharge separately to get Talktime.
Local SMS Rs 0.5
STD SMS Rs 1.5
The Freedom Plan was aimed to the customers who want a one-second pulse. New Freedom Plan will also kick off new tariff war among the other operators.
